“I hold myself back from speaking for so many years due to my introverted personality, imposter syndrome, my self-criticism, and being afraid to be judged by others. In fact, I have been always the quietest child in my family of 6. I've built up so many untold stories inside me in those years and I couldn't manage to hold them anymore. Today, seeing myself in the finalist lists for “Speaker of the Year” and “Diversity and Inclusion Role Model” is absolutely incredible ! Probably the biggest thing happened in my life in 2020 ! “ said Furkan Karayel, Founder and CEO of Diversein.com
