People sometimes assume leaders are more adept at rising above the roadblocks and stressors of everyday life. However, leaders face a unique kind of stress, and managing it can be challenging. When you're a mindful leader, you intentionally put strong disciplines in place to manage the stresses and heighten your energy, awareness and creativity.
Being a leader as a gift because it provides the unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. How seriously do we take this gift? Can we make the most it? Can we study how to best utilise leadership skills to make a positive impact.
This talk and follow on panel discussion will explore themes around communication, focus, decision-making, sleep and meditation. This is about how we can create lives that allow us and our colleagues to thrive with the right foundations and ongoing practices in place.
Expect fruitful discussion and time to pause & explore with like-minded individuals.
