The Power of Art: How to use drama techniques in Diversity trainings organised by SIETAR Irelard will take place on February 21st at the Iconic Offices The BrickHouse.

Art can a powerful methodology to help learners connect with their emotions, and engage with new, and often, challenging perspectives. Using art in trainings helps participants to experiment, reflect, and transform. Master facilitator, Kelli McLoud Schingen will share drama techniques for facilitating learning and personal development in Diversity and Inclusion and Intercultural trainings. During the presentation, she will introduce a variety of activities, examples include; drama, storytelling, improv theatre, reflective practice and group work.
