Technological University Dublin Tallaght Campus to host Using Tech for Good event for its Tech Week event for females on May 15th Wednesday.
This event will highlight tech that can positively impact people's lives, our communities and the planet. Hear from experts in the area as to how tech can be used for good, and why diversity and inclusion has a big part to play!
Also on the day participants have a choice of taking part in an ideas generation competition or a coding camp. The ideas generation competition requires participants to come up with ideas as to how they think tech can be used for good. Prizes will be given for the best idea. The coding camp will involve using the BBC Micro:Bits.
Lunch will be provided. Tickets are free but limited.
