Microaggression is a comment or action that subtly and often unconsciously or unintentionally expresses a prejudiced attitude toward a member of a marginalized group (such as a racial minority)
Here are some examples to racial microaggressions we witness almost everyday in the society and workplaces. Hope they help us to recognise microaggressions, consciously avoid them and stand out against them.
